May is a busy month in the city of Ottawa. With Ottawa race weekend scheduled for May 23-24, an international security conference in town May 27-28, and Congress, Canada’s annual conference of humanities and social sciences beginning on May 30, the city will be abuzz with energy and excitement. Given all of the activity in the city, we cannot stress enough the importance of booking hotels early in order to ensure that accommodations are secured at the best rate possible.
Below you will find a list of hotels, with accompanying information such as the average rate per night, their proximity to campus, a phone number and a link to their website. We have also provided information about alternative accommodations, such as the University of Ottawa residences, bed and breakfasts in the city as well as airbnb.
If you have questions about accommodations in the city, please do not hesitate to contact one of the program chairs would be happy to provide you with any of the additional information you require.
